If you receive a defective or incorrectly shipped item, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the paid price. Please note that returns will only be accepted if the products are in a saleable condition, with tags intact and in their original packaging, and unused or undamaged. Wrong Item Shipped
If you receive the wrong item, retain the order confirmation email or physical copy and contact us promptly. We’ll facilitate an exchange or replacement after confirming the discrepancy. Please note that claims arising due to minor differences in product color will not be entertained.
